Valentine’s Day

Make your reservations now for all parties of all sizes at all of our seats.
The 4th annual Aphrodisiac Menu is back at Cava special only on Valentine’s Day.  The eight course tasting of aphrodisiac foods is always a highlight of the season.  The menu is currently a sample. $75 per person Tax and gratuity not included. An additional wine pairings will be offered.

January 13th 
Cava will be closed for our annual staff holiday party.

January 20 to the 27th
I will be attending a chef’s conference in Medellin, Columbia. Cava will open for normal business hours. Pictures and highlights to follow.

The Chaine des Rotisseurs will be holding a special decadent Six Course dining experience at the 100 Club here in Portsmouth, NH.
